Ms. Carroll has a diverse field of working experience, in the fields of Hospitality, Customer Service, Enterprise Sales, Consumer Sales, Communications and Administration. Ms. Carroll possesses certifications in those fields and recently received certification as a Youth leader of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, under the Ministry of Youth Sports and Culture.

An advocate for Entrepreneurship and work readiness, Ms. Carroll has served many years under the Junior Achievement Bahamas program as a mentor and is currently the Coordinator for the programme on Grand Bahama Island.
