Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a ticket that says unpaid. You can pay for this ticket online via the link in the confirmation email or in person at our Finance Office on West Mall Drive.
Registration tables will be at the Innovation Awards on Thursday, 18 September from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Final registration will be available on Friday, 19 September from 9:00am - 10:30am.

Yes. Our primary networking event is the Welcome Reception on Thursday, 18 September, immediately following the Innovation Awards. It will be held at University of The Bahamas – North, Downtown Campus, beginning at 8:00 PM, and will feature hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
Additionally, a private luncheon with the Keynote Speaker is available for a limited number of guests. This is a paid event, and advance booking is required. To reserve your spot, please contact us at ubnignite@ub.edu.bs.
We also encourage all attendees to take advantage of networking opportunities throughout the two-day summit. Both the Innovation Awards Ceremony and the Welcome Reception are free and open to all registered participants.
Some aspects of the summit will be virtual and available for livestream.
Meals are not included with the summit. Those attending the opening ceremony will have access to light breakfast items along with hot beverages. In addition, we will coffee breaks throughout the day.
However, there are many nearby restaurants in the Downtown and Port Lucaya area.
The vendor exhibits are free and open to the public. They will be located in the Courtyard and Campus Student Recreational Centre.
Yes, we encourage all attendees to participate in our feedback survey. Participants will also have an opportunity to win a prize.
