This hybrid short course introduces participants to the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to boost business efficiency and productivity. Designed for beginners to intermediate users, the course focuses on how generative AI applications—such as ChatGPT—can be used to develop full business plans, design marketing campaigns, and gain a competitive edge in today’s market. Participants can join virtually or attend in person at our fully equipped innovation computer lab.
