Service Description

This course introduces learners to the fundamentals of business strategy, highlighting its crucial role in running and growing a successful business. Participants will explore strategy formation, growth management, and how to navigate challenges associated with scaling a company. By the end of the course, learners will develop a comprehensive business strategy and a growth management plan tailored to their venture. The course is offered virtually and in person. Participants without laptops can access computers in our Innovation Computer Lab.
