Service Description

This course equips learners with practical skills to effectively plan, manage, and close sales of products and services. Participants will explore key stages of the sales process, including gathering market and customer information, setting sales goals, and applying techniques to engage customers and secure sales. The course also highlights the role of business resilience, examining how disruptions such as supply challenges, extreme weather, and operational issues can impact customer needs and sales performance. Learners will develop strategies to adapt, maintain customer confidence, and sustain sales during uncertain conditions. Through applied activities, participants will connect these concepts to their own business ideas. The course culminates in the creation and delivery of a professional sales pitch, enabling learners to demonstrate their ability to communicate value and respond to changing business environments.
