Terms & Conditions 

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and engaging environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. UB IGNITE reserves the right to remove any individual violating this policy without refund.​

Registration & Entry

  • Each attendee must present a valid ticket and matching ID at check-in.

  • Student tickets require a valid student ID.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted to ubnignite@ub.edu.bs by August 31, 2025.

  • A small processing fee may apply.

  • No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

  • If UB IGNITE cancels the event, all paid tickets will be refunded in full.

Photography & Media Release

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, archival, and media purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please inform our team at registration.

 

Health & Safety Protocols

We will follow all public health guidance as provided by the Bahamas Ministry of Health at the time of the event.

  • Sanitizing stations will be available.

  • Masks are optional unless mandated.

  • Please stay home if you feel unwell. Virtual access may be available upon request.

Accessibility & Special Accommodations

We strive to make our summit accessible to all. If you require accommodations (e.g., wheelchair access, sign language interpreter), please contact ubnignite@ub.edu.bs at least 10 business days before the event.

Vendor & Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Only approved vendors may display or sell products.

  • Booth locations are assigned by the UB IGNITE team.

  • Unauthorized selling or promotional activity is prohibited outside of designated areas.

 

Intellectual Property Notice

All presentations and materials are protected intellectual property. Recording, distributing, or reproducing session content without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

Liability Waiver

Participation is at your own risk. UB IGNITE and its partners are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
